Important Note
- Schedule inconsistencies are a result of my personal disabilities and chronic illness.
- My work shall NEVER BE USED for AI generation, NFTs or crypto related material. I do not consent to my work being distributed or recreated.
- I am able to work on deadlines as long as sufficient time frames are allowed ( 1-2 weeks from due date )
- Discord is the easiest way to contact me, however, please specify who you are before adding me via email, social media, etc.
- Emails are not checked as frequently so give me 1 week to reply maximum.
- My public queue is available on Trello if you ever need to see where you are in it.
- If you have any questions regarding inquiries, clarity or anything else, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Every client is expected to read and agree to the terms of service whether be provided on VGen or directly on this page.
Refusal to follow terms will result in a blacklist, you will no longer be able to commission Fuululuu.

Commercial Use
Commercial use are commissions and projects specifically made for monetized content.
Monetized content is as follows; YouTube videos, Twitch streams, Social Media posts, Merchandising, Promotional material and Advertising (banners, logos, etc).
Commercial use projects may include extra fees for compensation for distribution and full rights. This is not a requirement for every project.
If the client requests commercial use, they receive full rights to the artwork and project files after payment is processed, if neccessary.Additional Fees Apply
- Commercial use merchandise - printing, physical goods, distribution, rewards, etc will require a fee
- Commercial use advertising - banners, thumbnails, overlays, social media posts may require a fee
- Revisions / Alterations - beyond minor revisions or adjustments may require a fee
- Private Inquiries - projects that require an NDA, no livestream process, and/or no social media posting will require an extra fee
- NSFW - since these are pieces that cannot be livestreamed will require an extra fee
- Rush Order - if you are in need of priority queue will require an extra feePayment Information
- Payments must be made upfront with a minimum value of 50% of promised quote as a down payment, via Paypal or other agreed upon payment method. Unless discussed otherwise.
- Refunds are prohibited, unless the artist is unable to process the request in a timely manner, which they will promptly refund to their own accord.
- If refunds are applied, they can range from 100-50% of the amount processed, this will be due to the completion stage.
- Payment plans are negotiable for orders over 120$ usd, will take a maximum of 3 payment increments. For freelance projects, payment can be negotiated and agreed upon by contract duration.
- Payments must be made in USD.General Rights
- Client has full rights to discuss alterations to the piece before completion, within reason. The artwork cannot be past atleast 50% completion, otherwise alterations will cost extra. ie: You may not requests edits after sketch and lineart has been completed, only color or minor adjustments can be done past that stage.
- Client has full rights for personal use of their project, they may print for themselves only, share, and use as personal icons.
- Client has full rights to access the artist at any given point during the project, communication will be open before, during, and after the commission process. If any questions or negotiations need to be addressed, they may.
- Client must be available for contact reliably through the agreed upon contact method, failure to comply will result in difficulty on completion of the project.
- Client must be clear, communicative, and direct with their needs and adjustments before and during the commission process.
- Client must have clear visual references and scope of what is needed to fulfill the project. Too little or too much information will be declined, so please be direct and cohesive.
- Client must credit appropriately once project is complete. ( tagging @fuululuu on twitter / bsky is optional )
- Client must express any inconsistencies or descrepencies during the project duration.
- Client must be respectful of the artist's privacy and time, this is including inquiring about commission status innapropriately during livestreams or publicly on social media. DMs and Email are open for this exact purpose.
- Client is expected to give sufficient time to complete commission request, spamming or constantly asking for a status update will result in a partial refund.
- Client must NOT fill out any information on the invoice suggesting any NSFW services, please label invoices as generic as possible to avoid payment processing conflict.
- Clients do not have rights to edit, modify, or "fix" the artist's work without explicit permissions.- Artist has full rights to decline a commission and/or project at any given time.
- Artist has full rights to decline adjustments, only if it is considered unreasonable or overwhelming.
- Artist must contact client about any updates or schedule changes that will affect the project.
- Artist does not have rights to resell or redistribute commission work without explicit permissions.
- Artist has rights to upload commission works onto their corresponding social media unless prohibited by the client.
- Artist has rights to negotiate pricing based on complexity, additional resources and time for project completion.
- Artist will provide sufficient files per project's needs, via google drive.
- Artist retains full rights to all artwork unless a binding contract is signed.
